Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

- Refunds may apply in case of technical errors preventing service delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions or reports already delivered.
2. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request to support@astroweb.com within 24 hours of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3. No Refunds For
- Change of mind after the session/report delivery
- Inaccurate details provided by the user
- Delayed responses by the astrologer within the expected timeline
